不支持国人
我貌似是从2016/02/05开始了解stripe的，翻了下邮件，最开始很天真地 
发了封邮件问客服：
Hi,
I want to figure out that I'm a Chinese and I have visa credit card and a online payoneer card.
Am I able to use stripe?
By stated my business located in United States.
Your advice will be much appreciated it.

再来看看stripe答复：
Hey there,
Thanks so much for reaching out about this! Unfortunately, we do not support Payoneer accounts at this time. We also require that you be in the country you're registering in, rather than remotely controlling your business. Here is everything you'd need to register in any country we're available in:
- A bank account in that country
- A tax ID in that country
- A physical location in that country (at which you are able to receive mail and have significant business operations)
- A government-issued ID (such as a passport or driver's license) from any country

后来用欧洲虚拟地址成功开通个人stripe收款在使用中，貌似是对欧洲那边政策宽松吧~
欧洲手续费也很优惠：1.4% + €0.25 for European cards and 2.9% + €0.25 for non-European cards.
网上查到的教程都是停留在使用香港或者美国信息去申请stripe，如果你一直申请不成功的话，可以尝试下使用欧洲资料，貌似代理注册也是这么操作的样子，所以你自己可以先去尝试下，成功的话可以省下好几千代理费 
，不行的话再找代理吧~
注册
现在不清楚行不行得通了，你可以准备下资料试试，记得是需要：
- 最好开一个欧洲IP的梯子
- 一个邮箱（推荐gmail）
- 你的护照（真实的你）
- 欧洲虚拟地址（自己发挥）
问题
Identity verification
这是第一个使用stripe后会碰到的问题：身份验证。
后台右上角小铃铛会提示，点击Complete identity verification：
点击Verify now跳出验证窗口：
把护照上传上去即可：
Payout issue
当dispute或者refund发生时，刚好你的stripe余额不足以抵扣掉这些负债的话，恰巧你绑定的提现银行是Payoneer提供的虚拟账号；那么，你会收到stripe邮件说：
We attempted to make a payout from your bank account. However, your bank has returned this payout. Since future payouts are likely to also fail, we won't be able to make any further payouts to or from your bank account until this is fixed.
它会暂停掉你的自动提现，直到你的提现银行账号允许stripe从里面扣款，但是，Payoneer不支持~
解决方法：如果来得及的话，就等新订单款项进来抵扣掉。
W-8 form
邮件标题：[Action Required] Confirm your tax information by submitting a W-8 form by xxx
邮件内容：Now that the year is coming to an end, we are contacting you in preparation for the US tax season to request confirmation of your tax status. Because your xxx (account number: acct_xxx) account has activated withdrawals in US dollars or has a US bank account or US postal address, we must submit a 1099-K form for your account and withhold US taxes if you do so do not submit a W-8 form and an affidavit by xxx that your company's status has not changed. Completing a W-8 form confirms that you are not a US taxpayer as defined in the 1099-K form. Without the completed W-8 form, the US tax authorities will assume that you are taxable in the United States.
解决方法：按照要求，点击邮件里的链接填写W-8免税表单即可。
KYC
貌似是定期一年一次，它需要你更新资料，如果不提交的话会限制提现：

Regularly updating information about your account helps us protect against fraud and money laundering. These requirements come from “Know Your Customer” (KYC) obligations from regulators and our financial partners.
WHAT IF I DON'T PROVIDE THIS?
You may accept live charges, but may be unable to receive payouts until we verify your information.

解决方法：找对应国家的水电单图片/模板，P上你的虚拟地址
